Experienced bar staff

Are you someone who's passionate about specialty coffee and wants to bring great service to every guest?

At OR Coffee Roasters, we're looking for an experienced bar staff member to join our OR Coffee Lab team. You're not looking for a classic office job. You're available on weekends and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to help maintain the quality our team is known for.

Your responsibilities

Coffee preparation: You prepare espresso-based drinks according to our recipes and quality standards.
Bar operations: You keep the bar running smoothly during busy weekend shifts, working closely with the rest of the team.
Customer service: You put customer service first, giving every guest a warm and attentive experience.
Quality control: You keep an eye on consistency and presentation, and flag anything that doesn't meet the standard.
Hygiene & organization: You keep your workstation clean and orderly, and follow food safety guidelines at all times.

Your profile

Availability: Able to work as a student or on a flexi-job basis, with availability on weekends.
Experience: Hospitality experience.
Passion: Passionate about specialty coffee, or eager to learn more about it.
Customer focus: Puts customer service first.
Attention to detail: An eye for order and cleanliness.
Team fit: Eager to be part of the OR Coffee Lab team.
