Experienced kitchen staff

Are you someone who's passionate about cooking and wants to help keep our kitchen running at its best?

At OR Coffee Roasters, we're looking for an experienced kitchen staff member to join our OR Coffee Lab team. You're not looking for a classic office job. You're available on weekends and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to help maintain the quality our team is known for.

Your responsibilities

Food preparation: You prepare and plate dishes according to our recipes and quality standards.
Kitchen operations: You keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy weekend shifts, working closely with the rest of the team.
Quality control: You keep an eye on freshness, presentation, and consistency, and flag anything that doesn't meet the standard.
Hygiene & organization: You keep your workstation clean and orderly, and follow food safety guidelines at all times.
Stock & supplies: You help monitor stock levels and notify the team when ingredients or supplies need restocking.

Your profile

Availability: Able to work as a student or on a flexi-job basis, with availability on weekends.
Passion: Genuinely passionate about cooking.
Responsibility: A strong sense of responsibility.
Quality focus: Willing to help safeguard quality.
Attention to detail: An eye for order and cleanliness.
Team fit: Eager to be part of the OR Coffee Lab team.
