The Baratza Virtuoso+ adds a digital timer to a filter grinder: set your grind time to a tenth of a second and it grinds the same dose every morning, so you stop weighing beans before every brew. The 40 mm M2 conical burrs give a clean, even grind for pour-over, Chemex and French press.
