All about the Eversys Legacy+ L'2m – two milks, 37 cm wide

The Legacy+ L'2m pours two different milks, hot or as cold foam, from a machine only 36.8 cm wide. One brew group with up to four grinders makes up to 150 espressos per peak hour, two cups at a time, and the 10.1-inch touchscreen works for a barista as well as for self-service. It fits offices, hotel breakfast counters and coffee bars where counter space is short and most drinks contain milk.

Legacy+ L'2m or L'2c?
The L'2c makes espresso, coffee and hot water without a milk system, for black coffee and tea. The L'2m adds the automated milk system with two milks and cold foam.

How many drinks can it make in a rush?
Eversys states 150 espressos per peak hour at a 23-second extraction, two cups at the same time. For milk drinks the figure is 150 cappuccinos per hour on the 16A version. Size on your busiest hour, not on the daily total.

What do we need on site?
A water supply, a power connection that matches the version you choose, and room to empty the 400 g grounds drawer. Tell us what is there when you ask for a quote, so we can check the setup with you.

What does e'Connect do?
It is Eversys' telemetry: the machine reports its data online and can receive software updates, which can also be installed over USB.
